Business Onboarding Requirements

To onboard a business entity, you need the following:

Create Business Entity
Provide the following business documents:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum of Association (MoA)
- Proof of Address
- Tax Verification Document
Provide identification documents such as:
- Proof of Address
- Identification Document (Passport, National ID, Driver’s License)

The rest of this guide will focus on creating an entity and providing the necessary business documents.

Create Business Entity

A business entity is created with status incomplete. You can now proceed to upload the required business documents to complete the KYC process.

The category_code field in the business object represent business types or industries. Here are list of category codes and their name:

Submit Entity for Onboarding Review

Once all the steps above has been done, call the onboarding-submissions endpoint with the entity_id. This endpoint updates the entity verification status based on the decision.

If all your documents are approved, the onboarding-submission endpoint will return the entity_id and the verification status.
